We try to keep track of certain things, although I wish we kept track of more things.  It sure would help as we have trouble with remembering things and especially as things relate to time.  It makes answering questions to doctors and therapists pretty difficult since it is so important to us to analyze and give as accurate of a response/answer to questions as we can.
