Rant on Injustice and No Common Sense

Yah well whatever. I’m here for the moment. Saw some shit on the news. Got all pissed at injustice and fucking people with no common sense. I hate crap like that. I get now that it is like a worldwide thing with me and not just for our system or Noah or for people outside that we know. I mean like yah I’m way more out there in my passionate energy or whatever with our system or Noah or people we know, but still I get pissy about general injustice and idiotic people in this world. Oh yah I also gotta say that my pissyness is more global than this about our world. There’s a shitload of injustice and things that piss me off in this world.

So like what is it about tonight? Saw this on the news commercial and then the news and then did some quick checking it out on the net too.

Ellen Degeneres and the whole deal about her adopted dog from Mutts and Mom’s rescue who are also owners of Paws Boutique in Pasadena (who like shut down their website for now or whatever). So like Ellen does daily training with some dude, Zack Grey, and tries to get her cat/s and other dog to deal with her new adopted dog, Iggy, and get along. Well her animals don’t and it just isn’t a good fit. Ellen was supposed to give Iggy back to the rescue place if she couldn’t keep Iggy, per like some contract she signed. Ellen didn’t know or didn’t read or whatever the deal and so she found Iggy a new home. Her hairdresser’s home that has 2 girls. So like the rescue place finds out and has a cow shit and supposedly lies and says they are going over to do a home check, then picks up the dog, refuses to put it down, and calls the freaking police. Iggy’s microchip says the owner is the rescue place and so the police have to give it to Mutts and Moms. So Mutts and Moms refuse to return Iggy to the new home Ellen found for Iggy. They cite some rule about how they never adopt dogs out to a home with children under 14 years old. Well these kids are like pretty damn close enough to 14 years and who the fuck cares. Our system grew up with small dogs from the time this body was born and our dogs were very well treated in our home. Yes even in the home this system grew up in. Our dogs were never abused and were far from that ever. If a dog is being treated well and in a good home, then what the fuck is the problem? The problem is Mutts and Moms’ asses twisted up in a fucking knot. So supposedly it is for the “dog’s protection” that they don’t adopt small dogs to families with kids under 14. Okay, whatever. Supposedly the “rules are the rules” and that they have never made any exception. Well rumor has it on the net is that they’ve made exceptions before. Personally I think the whole Mutts and Moms organization is in a serial power struggle over this and has serial issues. Their comments to the media so scream power struggle all over the freaking place. Totally about power and control when they are blaming Ellen using it or whatever. Just get a fucking brain and let Iggy return home to the family Iggy knew before the idiots took him away.

So some people on the net are like well this and that over the whole thing, for and against the whole deal. Mostly it seems people think Mutts and Moms are idiots and Iggy should be returned to his former new family.

1) Iggy had been placed with his new family for at least 2 weeks. Ellen checked in with them daily. Everything was fine.

Injustice- Removing Iggy from a home, a new FOREVER home

Stupidity: Removing Iggy for the “dog’s protection” based solely on the age of children. Good grief, it’s not like the kids in this home are under 5. They are nearly 14, the “approved age” for the Mutts and Moms’ rule.

Side note of stupidity: Let’s say Mutts and Moms allow a small dog to a home with children 14 and over to be adopted. Oh let’s see, after the adoption, imagine a sudden new baby in the home. Or parents divorce and the parent who keeps the dog ends up remarried with a new family with kids under 14… oh geez, oops, we have to send the dog back to Mutts and Moms’ because we violated some sacred fucking rule of theirs. Good fucking grief the dog has a home where it is loved and taken care of. Get a fucking clue and life. This is how assinine and stupid this whole thing is.

Stupidity: Removing Iggy because they don’t like their rescue dogs bouncing from one home to another home because they want a forever home for their animals. HELLO stupid, Iggy just HAD a forever home before you removed him from his home.

Injustice: Removing Iggy from a good home for the sake of their rules and refusing to make an exception or truly looking out for Iggy’s best interest. And freaking A, for the stupidity of returning Iggy to their rescue place when Iggy HAD A GOOD HOME and as such is taking up space, room, cost, etc. for another animal IN NEED but can’t go to their rescue place because of their stupidity and injustice.

And like supposedly some woman with Mutts and Moms refuses to back down and is all about how Ellen has all this money and power and using her TV show to make a big deal out of this or whatever, yadda yadda. That’s why I think it is such a fucking power struggle and power play for this Mutts and Moms deal. Ellen was fucking real on the TV show. She apologized and feels bad. Fucking A she feels awful for those kids and this family and Iggy who has been yanked out of a good home because of these idiots and their lack of common sense and justice.

And frankly, if those rumors are correct, that they made exceptions before in the past about families with young children and small dogs, then I’m all the more pissed and think these people at Mutts and Moms are all that much more pathetic, stupid, lacking in common sense, and full of injustice to Iggy and Iggy’s new family that he was taken from.

So like that’s my rant. Oh yah and if ya want, here’s a petition to sign for Iggy’s return to his former family.

This place will lose support if they don’t return the dog. They should have messed with someone unable to get on TV and show the world just how unjust they can be. People are pissed about this on both sides saying she’s taking advantage of her celebrity status about the dog. Others are saying the shelter is just wrong for pulling the dog out and it’s them that are causing the dog to jump from home to home. I do see both points but if the dog was already there in the home and had been for two weeks they could have done a few home visits to see if it would work. Heck, they acted faster than child welfare. A dog in a good home, lets go get it NOW, remove it for policies sake. A child in a bad home, welllllll, despite 1000 reports of abuse we’d better wait and see, do an investigation if necessary.
