Hi Katie!

Yes, I agree with you regarding your concern about YouTube DID stuff. I'm not sure we could make a video like that and put it out on YouTube. I think they are courageous to show their faces and to have their insiders speak. On the flip side, some of us inside think it is dangerous as well, for the safety of the system (especially when it is inside kids), but also the whole risk factor of "outing" oneself so clearly. I don't know-- mostly we go with the philosophy of "whatever floats your boat" but it isn't for us--at least certainly not right now and it is hard for me to think that will change in the future.

We were actually referring to the DID videos that were done like "Powerpoint" presentations where there is music, pictures, words, and/or a voice but not actually having insiders switch and talk, etc. We really liked a few of those types of videos and thought some of them were well done. We didn't watch all the videos out there, just a handful of them. Someone in here has seen some in the past. The number of videos out there has certainly increased since we last did a search there.

Thanks for your encouragement and it makes us smile to know you like reading our blog. :-)

YouTube DID concerns me a little. Not that I don't believe it, but that it seems dangerous for some reason. But if it helps people, I guess more power to them.

Glad you're posting again. I like reading your blog.
